Invite me to discover the sweetness of Xarel•lo attenuated by Macabeo, that turns yellow after 6 months of aging in American oak and evokes a complex fruity aroma and flower bouquet with notes of chamomile, acacia, bergamot and honey rounded off with fine woody notes. Its flavour reveals an excellent structure and sweet/tart balance with woody hints, which make it an ideal pairing with foie and blue cheeses, aperitifs, seafood and fish stews as well as all kinds of sweets and cakes.
